Culture LAB

High Impact Culture LAB supports organization on getting clear on the values and behaviours that will help them execute on their strategy, attract top talent and drive towards their vision. Culture is everything at Paladin. As we emerged from the pandemic, after many months of being isolated, we wanted to double down on this critical differentiator. We engaged High Impact Lab to conduct a culture assessment and help us refresh our values to provide greater meaning and clarity for our people. 

Using their values assessment tool, High Impact was able to show us a thorough overview of our people’s personal values, our current company values (from our people’s perspective) and most importantly they were able to show us a desired future state that our team felt most aligned with. Using this evidence-based approach as a baseline, High Impact was able to provide exceptional clarity to guide us on our culture refresh journey and the impact at Paladin has been immense.

Strategy LAB

High Impact Strategy LAB is an in-depth process that will align the team and organization around a clear vision, choices, goals, roles and metrics. Strategic Facilitation

Critical conversations are difficult to self-moderate. Be it working through deep conflict, working across multiple teams, or aligning diverse constituents from various organizations, we are experts in surfacing and facilitating critical conversations and dialogue with care. We pay close attention to group dynamics and cultural undertones to quickly build strong trust so everyone contributes and collaborates in producing outcomes they’re all committed to. We have worked with groups from 10 to 200 around change, innovation, planning, vision and values development and stakeholder engagement. In addition to generating accountability and action, we integrate coaching and skill development so leaders can maximize their interpersonal and leadership impact.
